MOBBTA continue to work to further the reputation and merits of responsibly sourced MgO based boards in the UK construction industry.

In order to ensure the most appropriate and acceptable use of your MOBBTA MgO board we emphasise that the product must be used in a scope of application recommended / approved by the board manufacturer.

Where the product is being used as part of a system detailed within a third party agrement/accreditation (such as BBA certificate or Kiwa BDA certificate) please ensure that the application of the board is as included within the scope of the certificate e.g structural racking board for timber frame system as detailed.

We also wish to point out that the insurance company/companies involved in the scheme of development should be consulted prior to the use of the MOBBTA MgO board to ensure their acceptance of the board.
